Please send photos of your adorable pets along with a brief description of any distinctive markings they have. If they have a favourite accessory, feel free to include that as well to add a personal touch. Each keychain comes with a handcrafted name tag. If you need it by a specific date, please let me know, but I recommend booking at least 1.5 months in advance.

Once you've submitted your custom order, I will review it and send an invoice for upfront payment to secure your order.

Whilst baked polymer clay is quite tough and water resistant, a glaze offers even better durability and protection.I offer two varnishes to choose from:
1. Matte - I use polyurethane varnish.
2. Glossy - I use UV resin.
Personally I'm torn between the two glazes because I LOVE the matte look but tend to coat my pieces in UV Resin for better durability and a beautiful shine. Depending on the use of the product, UV resin is recommended otherwise matte varnish for display pieces.

As each item is made to order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for me to sculpt, bake and glaze before I can ship it out to you. Please note it may take a little longer during peak times and holidays. Thank you for your understanding. Once shipped, it generally takes 2-6 business days. 

I don't offer returns or exchanges on my items. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please contact me within a week of delivery, including photos of the issue, and I'll do my best to resolve it.

Because these items are handmade, you might see minor imperfections and slight differences from the picture. Each piece is unique, but I can assure you they are all adorable. They can be delicate, so please handle them gently and avoid applying too much pressure. To clean, use a damp cloth or a soft brush.
